Main Ingredients
| Chicken | 2 pound cut to big pieces |
| Potato | 1 large or 2 small, cut to big chunks |
| Onion | 3/4, cut to big chunks |
| Green Onion | 2, cut to 1 inch pieces |
Seasoning Paste
| Soy Sauce | 2 Tbsp |
| GoChuGaRu (Chilli Powder) | 1 Tbsp |
| GoChuJiang (Chilli Paste) | 2 Tbsp |
| Garlic | 4 cloves minced |
| Ginger | 1 Tbsp minced |
| Black Pepper | 1/2 Tsp |
| Sugar | 1/2 – 1 Tbsp |
Direction
- Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, and milk for 30 minutes. Rinse the chicken afterwards.
- Put the chicken in a shallow pot, add 2 cups of water and the seasoning paste. Cook for 15 minutes with the lid on.
- Add the onion and potato to the pot and cook for another 15 minutes with the lid on.
- Open the lid, turn the heat up to thicken the sauce.
- Add the green onions and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve directly with the pan.
