Boil some water, put salt and 1 tsp oil in there. Boil the broccoli in the water for 40 seconds. Boil it longer if you like it softer. Drain the water .
Heat 2 tbsp oil in the pan. Fry the minced garlic in the oil until golden brown. Add 3 – 8. Bring it to boil.
Mix corn starch with 1 tbsp water in a small boil. Slowly add it to the pan until the sauce becomes sticky.
Place the broccoli in a deep plate. The crown side faces up. Pour the sauce evenly on the broccoli.
