Ingredients
Butter | 2 T |
Onion | 1/2, minced |
Garlic | 2 cloves, minced |
Flour | 4 Tbsp |
Chicken Stock | 2 Cups |
Carrots | 1 Cup, shredded |
Broccoli | 2 – 3 Cups, break into small pieces |
Half & Half | 2 Cups |
Cheddar Cheese | 2 Cups, shredded |
Direction
- Cook onion and garlic in butter until golden, add flour mix well, then chicken stock.
- Bring the soup to boil, add carrots and broccoli. Simmer for 15 – 20 minutes until the vegetables become soft.
- Add half & half, cheese and bring to boil again.
