This recipe makes 2 pancakes.
1 | 250 g | Flour |
2 | 2 g | Salt |
3 | 160 g | Water (room temperature) |
4 | 1 tsp | Oil |
5 | 5 | Finely chopped green onions |
Make the Dough
- Mix above to a very soft dough. Try not to work it too much.
- Brush some oil on the surface, let it rest for 15 mins.
Make the Pancakes
- Break the dough into two pieces. Roll it out to a big triangle shape.
- Brush oil on the surface then dusts some flour. Repeat this 3 times.
- Put some salt on the surface. Then evenly spread the finely chopped green onions.
- Roll from the long side to a long roll. Curl it up to a circle. Hide the end at the bottom. Gently press it down and let it rest.
- Work on the other dough.
Shape and Cook
- Preheat a large pan and add 1 tsp oil.
- At the same time, roll out the pancake to a circle. The size should fit the pan.
- Put the pancake in the pan, leave the top on. Medium-low heat, Cook one side for about 5 minutes.
- Brush some oil then flip to cook the other side.
- Flip again and turn up the heat until both sides turn golden brown.
